What we collect
Information you give us. Only what you send by email. We do not run contact forms, accounts, newsletters or comments, so there is nothing else to submit.
Information collected automatically. Standard server logs recorded by our hosting provider, which typically include IP address, browser type, referring page, pages visited and timestamps. These are used for security and to keep the site working.
Analytics. If analytics software is installed, it collects aggregated usage data such as page views, approximate location at country level, device type and referral source. This is used to understand which pages are useful.
What we do not collect
- Payment details. No transactions take place on this site.
- Trading account credentials. We have no access to any Pocket Option account.
- Sensitive personal data of any kind.
Cookies and tracking
This site itself uses no cookies for advertising or profiling. Two things may set cookies:
- Analytics, if installed, may set cookies to distinguish returning visitors.
- Affiliate links. Clicking through to Pocket Option may cause their systems to set a tracking cookie that attributes your registration to this site. That cookie is set by them, on their domain, and governed by their privacy policy.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works normally without them.
Third parties
Following a link to Pocket Option or any other external site takes you outside our control. We are not responsible for their privacy practices and encourage you to read their policies. Our hosting provider processes data on our behalf in order to serve the site.
How long we keep data
Server logs are retained according to our hosting provider's standard retention period. Analytics data is retained per that tool's configured settings. Emails you send are kept as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email contact@pocketoption-promocode.com.
Children
This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and it will be deleted.
