What we can help with
- Corrections. If a fact on this site is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will fix it.
- Codes that have stopped working. Particularly useful — it lets us remove dead codes quickly rather than leaving them for the next visitor.
- New codes. If you have found a working code not on our list, we will verify and add it.
- Questions about bonus terms. Turnover requirements, caps, minimums and how the conditions actually work.
- Press and general enquiries.
What we cannot help with
We are an independent information site with no access to Pocket Option accounts, systems or support tools. We cannot see your balance, release a withdrawal, apply a bonus retroactively, unlock an account or resolve a dispute.
For anything involving your actual account — deposits, withdrawals, verification, a bonus that did not credit — you need Pocket Option's own support team, which is reachable from within the platform. Contacting us will only delay you.
We also cannot provide financial advice, trading signals, strategy tuition or any recommendation about whether you should trade. We are not licensed to do so and would not do so if we were.
If you are struggling with trading losses
If trading has stopped being something you control, that is worth taking seriously and is more common than most people admit. Organisations such as GamCare and Gamblers Anonymous provide free, confidential support, and their services generally cover speculative trading as well as gambling. Reaching out early is considerably easier than reaching out late.
